DT Midstream, an owner, operator and developer of natural gas midstream interstate and intrastate pipelines; storage and gathering systems; and compression, treatment and surface facilities, has closed the offering of $600 million of senior secured notes.
The notes were sold in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers and to non-U.S. people outside the United States.
DT Midstream used the net proceeds from the sale to partially repay existing debts under its term-loan facility.
DT Midstream provides clean, natural gas to gas and electric utilities, power plants, marketers, large industrial customers and energy producers across the Southern, Northeastern and Midwestern U.S. and into Canada.
