China Three Gorges (CTG), a Chinese state-owned power company, has agreed to buy a portfolio of photovoltaic power assets totaling 619 megawatts in Spain for an estimated price of €200 million ($210 million).
The seller was Nexwell Group.
All the assets are photovoltaic and concentrated in the regions of Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Valencia, Murcia and Andalusia.
China Three Georges entered Spain in August 2020.
