CD Healthcare Infrastructure Partners acquires medical property in Pennsylvania

Infrastructure investment firm CD Healthcare Infrastructure Partners (CDHIP) has acquired a community-oriented medical property in Paoli, Pennsylvania.

The property is leased to nonprofit health system Nemours Foundation, doing business as Nemours Children's Health. Nemours Children's Health operates in 75 locations across four states and cares for nearly 500,000 children annually.

Nemours Children's Health, Paoli partners with the Main Line Paoli Hospital to provide care for newborn babies upon discharge. This branch is located on the Philadelphia Main Line, one of the most historic residential and retail corridors in the United States.
