Broadview Group and CPC invest in broadband provider

by Kali Persall

Broadview Group Holdings, a firm specializing in direct middle-market investing, has partnered with Carlson Private Capital (CPC) to invest in Millennium, a value-added distributor and service provider to the broadband infrastructure and related industries.

Millennium provides products and solutions to more than 2,500 active customers, including networks, contractors, DOTs, municipalities and utilities. Millennium offers an extensive suite of services and capabilities to support the unique needs of each customer throughout every step of their network infrastructure project execution.

“Millennium's business model fits squarely within our focus in the specialty distribution space,” said Clay Hunter, co-founder and CEO at Broadview. “The ability to partner with another like-minded investment firm in a sector we both know extremely well represents what can be done outside of the traditional private equity model.”
