Blackstone launches data center platform in India

Blackstone has launched Lumina CloudInfra (Lumina), a data center platform owned and managed by Blackstone’s Real Estate and Tactical Opportunities funds.

Anil Reddy, formerly head of global cloud infrastructure at Microsoft, will head the platform and serve as the global CEO.

Lumina has two seeded assets in India. The Indian data center market projects to surpass $10 billion by 2027, according to Arizton.
