Sonia McMillan has been named managing director at Amber Infrastructure.
She joins the firm from Rubicon Capital Advisors, where she served as managing director and general counsel. Prior to that, she held a variety of director and senior positions at InfraRed Capital Partners, Allen & Overy and DLA Piper.
McMillan joins Amber’s North America operations in New York and will bring a depth of experience in both North American and international infrastructure investments as the business continues to build its presence.
