Alinda Capital Infrastructure Investments plans $480m IPO

U.S.-based private infrastructure fund manager Alinda Capital Partners targeted a fundraise of £350 million ($480 million) by listing a new company, Alinda Capital Infrastructure Investments, on the London Stock Exchange, according to various news sources.

The investment firm said it expects to place shares at an issue price of 100 pence ($1.377) each, with shares being admitted to the market in late November. In addition, pursuant to the prospectus expected to be published soon, a placing program will enable the company to issue a further 650 million ordinary shares and/or c-shares in the 12 months from the date of publication of the prospectus and following initial admission.
