International law firm Fasken has appointed Adam Lewinberg as a partner in the firm’s infrastructure and projects group in Toronto.
The global infrastructure and projects group works with authorities, proponents, consortia, constructors, lenders and other private sector project participants in multiple jurisdictions at the federal, provincial, state and municipal government levels in Canada and the United States.
Lewinberg’s practice focuses on complex procurement, large multifaceted construction projects and structured finance, including public-private partnership/alternative finance and large, complex linear construction projects.
