Fiera Infrastructure has agreed to establish a new social infrastructure platform in the United Kingdom.
Dubbed Domus Social Housing, the platform provides supported accommodation to vulnerable residents through long-term leases with regulated housing providers, who work with local authorities under U.K. Central Government directives to provide housing and support services. Domus will initially own around 50 properties across England, providing accommodation to an estimated 1,000 residents.
To support the acquisition, management and expansion of this social infrastructure platform, Fiera Infrastructure has entered into a long-term arrangement with HSPG, an investor and manager of U.K. social housing.
