Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has closed the RFP stage for the Grandview Children’s Centre Redevelopment project in Canada, the agency announced Nov. 30.
After an earlier RFQ process, three teams were shortlisted and invited in May to respond to an RFP with bids to design, build and finance the redevelopment project. The teams — which include Children’s First Consortium, EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare and Grandview Connection Group — all submitted proposals by the November due date.
Over the next several months, submissions will be evaluated, and a successful proponent is expected to be announced in winter 2022. For more information about the project, click here.
