Shop Talk: A Conversation with David Rogers and Asif Hussain

Toronto-based Caledon Capital Management was established in 2006 by David Rogers after he left his position as senior vice president and team leader of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) private equity team, where he served from 2001 to 2006. Asif Hussain, a former vice president at Borealis and member of the infrastructure group at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, joined Caledon in 2010. Caledon’s first U.S. client, the New Mexico Educational Retirement Board, hired the firm as its infrastructure consultant in 2011.
