Frammartino recently spoke with The Institutional Real Estate Letter – Asia Pacific editor Jennifer Molloy about how his firm’s clients are being impacted by the global financial crisis.

What types of clients does The Townsend Group serve?

Townsend advises numerous institutional investors worldwide. More than 90 clients with total invested assets of $90 billion in the real estate asset class alone and over $1 trillion in total assets. Our clients are located in the U.S., Europe and Asia — Southeast and the Middle East. Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, foundations, endowments, Taft-Hartley plans and others.
