SEB Asset Management has sold four properties in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Luxembourg with a total volume of €51.8 million.
The sales from SEB Immolnvest’s portfolio, which were made to various investors and corresponded on average to the market values, represent a further step in the fund’s orderly liquidation.
The most recent transactions include the Peter-Müller-Strasse 20 property in Düsseldorf, a 6,300-square-metre, high-quality office and service industry location, located close to the airport. Another transaction is the purchase of the office building at Steinplatz 2 in Berlin-Charlottenburg by TETRIS Grundbesitz. The 7,350-square-metre rental space is located five minutes from Zoologischer Garten station and the Kurfürstendamm with its offices and shops within walking distance.
