As we continue to navigate COVID-19 — with changing lockdown restrictions, businesses fighting to adapt, and the subsequent economic downturn — there is no denying the pandemic has had a material impact on the workplace.

We are seeing businesses reassessing their real estate requirements, landlords facing the evolution of the workplace in light of increased remote working and social distancing, and investors proceeding with caution.

One thing that we do know is that out of challenging times, we often find great innovation. We have many stories of entrepreneurs turning previous economic crises into opportunities.
