In our ever-evolving world of work, leading organizations are relying on their office space more than ever to attract and retain talented people. Despite a challenging commercial real estate market, the very best buildings in the best locations have shown resilience.

High-quality office assets thrive through market headwinds

Since the pandemic, companies have been seeking out quality office space on an increased basis. They recognize the value in highly amentized buildings in prime locations, not just for recruitment and retention advantages but also to motivate return-to-office strategies. Leaders want their people back together, socializing and collaborating, so they’re continuing to seek out flexible, amenity-rich, quality workspaces that can be a hub for innovation.
