In 2024 we stand at an inflection point within the U.S. economy and real estate market. More so than any time in recent memory, this year is marked by a series of events that could redefine the trajectory of economic and real estate dynamics well into 2025.

Economic shifts: From growth to caution

The U.S. economy is poised for a shift, transitioning from the robust growth of the past years to a more moderated pace. Indicators suggest a cooling period, with potential recessional pressures looming. This economic moderation will continue to affect the real estate sector, with lower absorption rates as a  departure from the trends of recent years.
