Just asking questions: Topics and themes discussed at the most recent board meeting

In April, Institutional Real Estate, Inc. held an Editorial Advisory Board meeting for Institutional Real Estate Americas, using a virtual format to provide three days of breakout session conversations, followed by a full meeting of the board.

We asked attendees to submit topics and questions prior to the event to develop the “Food for Thought” to drive the roundtable discussions, so the meeting focused on the most important issues facing the industry as identified by the members of the editorial board. We received more than 500 questions, and have identified common themes that are top of mind for the institutional real estate investment community.
