Internos Sells in Germany for BGP Fund

Internos Real Investors LLP has made two dispositions in Germany on behalf of BGP Investment Sarl, for which it serves as asset and investment manager.

“BGP’s current strategy is to continue selling down quality retail assets into a rising market to maximise shareholder value,” says Mark Dunstan, CEO of BGP Investment.

In one transaction, Internos sold a five-property portfolio of retail parks in Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate for €17.2 million. The buyer was a fund managed by Cordea Savills. In the second transaction, Internos sold a 15,500-square-metre retail warehouse near Berlin for €19 million to an Israeli investor.
