The Hudson Yards office development in Manhattan’s Midtown West received a pair of significant investments in June. Hudson Yards is a large-scale mixed-use development on Manhattan’s West Side, near the Hudson River. When finished, the project will include 18 million square feet of commercial and residential space.
Bouwinvest, a Dutch institutional real estate investor, joined Tishman Speyer and more than a dozen of the world’s largest real estate investors in the $3.7 billion project to develop a 1,030-foot-tall skyscraper that will be a landmark in the center of Hudson Yards. Bouwinvest has invested $100 million in the Tishman Speyer development, known as The Spiral, as part of its strategy to grow North American assets under management by one-third in the next few years.
