Investors’ confidence in the non-listed property fund sector is growing and this is being reflected in attitudes to risk and preferred locations as well as in diversification across a range of products. The results of the INREV Investment Intentions Survey 2014 show that western European countries are still the top choice for investors, as are core funds, but that there are signs that investors are gaining more confidence in looking outside these options.
