Fundraising round-up – The closes keep coming

The largest final close was the £860 million (€1.1 billion) final close by Brockton Capital Fund III, managed by Brockton Capital. The value-add/opportunistic fund launched in June 2014.

Brockton Capital Fund III focuses exclusively on the UK real estate market, investing across all sectors, typically into assets that have a large degree of asset management initiatives at either the financial, physical or occupier level.

Niam AB held an €800 million final close for its sixth opportunistic real estate fund, Niam Nordic VI. The fund will target office, retail and residential property investments and be invested through Niam’s offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki and Copenhagen.
