Babson Capital Management has now completed the integration of four Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) institutional affiliates announced earlier this year. Babson Capital Management LLC and its subsidiaries Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC, Wood Creek Capital Management LLC and Baring Asset Management Ltd are now operating as a unified company under the Barings name. The new global asset manager has $275 billion (€245 billion) of client assets under management across the range of asset classes.
