Danish pension funds hire AXA to manage debt vehicle
A group of five Danish pension funds — Sampension, TDC Pension, AP Pension, JØP and DIP — has appointed AXA Real Estate Investment Managers to manage a new €485 million commercial real estate debt vehicle. The Kronborg Fund will invest in large senior loans on office, retail, logistics and hotel properties located primarily in the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
