At the end of the second quarter, we published a LinkedIn post examining non-U.S. investors’ participation in U.S. real estate investment programs. For the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic, our data showed no record of non-U.S. investors committing capital to U.S.-focused investment programs in 2025. In this “Capital trends report,” we revisit that analysis — expanding it to assess whether U.S. investors have shifted their own focus as well.
