Xenia Hotels & Resorts to sell five hotels worth $500m

Xenia Hotels & Resorts has plans to sell five hotels across the country worth more than $500 million combined, reported Real Estate Alert.

CBRE is marketing two Boston-area properties: the 245-room Hotel Commonwealth, valued at $135 million, and the 221-room Residence Inn Boston Cambridge, valued at $121.5 million. Hodges Ward Elliott is marketing two hotels in Dallas: the $120 million 545-room Fairmont Dallas and the $80 million 416-room Marriott Dallas Downtown Dallas. And Eastdil Secured is marketing the 275-room Marriott Napa Valley Hotel & Spa, valued at $95 million, in Napa, Calif.
