West Second Street Associates (WSSA) has sold a portfolio of 12 properties leased to the General Services Agency (GSA). The assets are located in Florida, Michigan and Ohio. The sales price was approximately $64.6 million. The buyer was an unnamed family office.
Geoff Ficke and Zack Ficke of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, WSSA, a developer specializing in the build-to-suit and adaptive reuse of GSA-leased buildings nationally. The Fickes also secured the buyer.
