Wren House Infrastructure Management has agreed to acquire i3 Broadband from Seaport Capital and Countrywide Broadband.
Located in Illinois, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) operator i3 Broadband provides gigabit-speed broadband, as well as video and voice services, to residential and commercial customers in the state. It also serves select markets in the East Bay of Rhode Island.
Wren House's investment will support the company's growth strategy in its existing markets and the buildout of new communities in Illinois and surrounding states.
