Willis Towers Watson brings on finance veteran to help lead Asian investment business

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has appointed finance industry veteran Jihyun Cho Sparrow as a director in the company’s Asia investments business, based in Hong Kong.

The business partners with sovereign wealth funds, endowments, insurance companies and pension funds to help them achieve better investment outcomes, according to The Asset.

Cho Sparrow reports to Jayne Bok, WTW’s head of investments for Asia, and will help the team further develop and expand the company’s client relationships.

“Jihyun has a deep understanding of the dynamics currently transforming the institutional market in Asia,” said Bok. “Balancing investment risk and return has never been more important, and clients are increasingly looking for leadership in how to construct, adapt and maintain their portfolios.”
