After an illustrious career spanning more than three decades, Affinius Capital announced Will McIntosh, Ph.D., retired from his role as global head of research. His successor, Mark Fitzgerald, has been promoted to managing director, head of research.
In his 14 years of service at Affinius, McIntosh has been instrumental in shaping the firm's research initiatives and investment strategies, leaving a lasting legacy as one of the most highly respected researchers in the real estate investment sector, said the firm’s release.
