Waveland Energy Partners has appointed Ante Skorput as senior vice president of business development, where he will head capital formation throughout the Midwest. Waveland, a private investment sponsor in the energy sector, has seen private wealth allocation increase by nearly four times throughout the past five years.
Skorput served as regional director for the Midwest at Hines for more than 15 years. He also spent time at Genworth Financial, The Hartfor and Blue Capital Group.
Skorput holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
