Warburg-HIH assembles club of investors for €250m Hamburg project
Warburg-HI Invest Real Estate has been selected to finance the new publishing house of Gruner + Jahrin Hamburg's HafenCity with a club of institutional investors.
The project is estimated to cost €250 million ($294 million) and is scheduled to be completed by 2021.
It will total approximately 710,000 square feet. Gruner + Jahrin will occupy 430,000 square feet of the complex, which will also include apartments.
Warburg-HI Invest Real Estate is implementing the project by the HI project development.
Gruner + Jahr is now preparing the architectural competition, which is scheduled to start in September 2017.
