Walton Street Capital launches new real estate fund

Walton Street Capital has launched a new fund, known as the Walton Street Real Estate Fund IX, according to a June 29 SEC filing.

The filing did not disclose an equity fundraising target and has yet to report any capital raised.

The new fund launch comes four months after the close of Walton Street’s second dedicated value-added/core-plus real estate debt fund, Walton Street Real Estate Debt II, and its related parallel funds (WSRED II), with $1.52 billion in capital commitments.
