W. P. Carey has completed a €169 million ($200 million) sale-leaseback of a logistics portfolio in Poland, expanding its presence in a market it has been active in for nearly two decades. The transaction, which closed in two tranches in January and February, underscores continued investor demand for mission-critical logistics assets backed by long-term leases and inflation-linked income.
The portfolio comprises eight properties totaling more than 150,000 square meters (1.6 million square feet). It includes a core logistics campus of four assets in Poznań, alongside four additional warehouse and cross-dock facilities located across Poland. The assets are fully net leased to Raben Group, a European logistics operator with more than 170 locations across 17 countries.
