Vonovia and SNI Group create cross-border joint venture

Germany-based Vonovia SE and France-based SNI Group have formed a joint venture for cross-border investments in the residential-property market.

As a first step, the two groups want to create a platform to pool their expertise and market knowledge, to learn from their respective models and to explore growth and investment opportunities together.

Both companies see the high population density of the main metropolitan areas, and the demographic and ecological transitions, as a challenge on a European scale.

Through their partnership, Vonovia and the SNI group want to help shape a European public housing model that meets these common needs.
