Vista Investment Group has acquired Signature Center, a five-story, class A office building in Denver, for $30.475 million, marking the Los Angeles–based real estate investment firm’s entry into Colorado.
Signature Center is the first acquisition for Vista in 2021. The firm will pursue increasingly larger core-plus, value-add and distressed opportunities throughout the western states with a particular emphasis in Colorado and Utah.
Located at 14143 Denver West Parkway, the 185,743-square-foot Signature Center was 100 percent leased at closing. The building serves as the global headquarters for CoorsTek, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of technical ceramics.
