A joint venture between Vision Properties and The Birch Group has acquired 180 Park Ave., a three-story, class A office building totaling 228,000 square feet in Florham Park, N.J. The financial terms and seller were not disclosed; however, JLL Capital Markets represented the seller.
This is the second joint venture between Birch and Vision Properties, after acquiring 350 and 360 Mt. Kemble Ave. in Morristown, N.J.
According to Mark Meisner, principal of The Birch Group, “180 Park Ave. is one of the highest quality assets in the submarket, and current ownership has done a phenomenal job upgrading the building to meet the needs of today’s corporations.”
