Virga Capital, in partnership with Resolute Road Hospitality, announced the acquisition of Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West in Boise, Idaho.
The 104-key Residence Inn is positioned near Boise State University, Boise Towne Square mall, Boise Airport, downtown Boise and Micron Technology. Its extended-stay style and modern amenities cater to both corporate and leisure traveler.

The business plan anticipates a renovation of both the interiors and exteriors.
