International law firm Vinson & Elkins has appointed M&A specialist Gabriel Silva as a partner, based in New York.
Silva brings significant experience in transactions in the digital infrastructure sector, including telecommunication towers, data centers and fiber.
He was involved with Digital Colony Partners on multiple digital infrastructure transactions in Latin America. He also worked with Vantage Data Centers on the establishment of its European platform and its acquisitions of Next Generation Data.
