ViaWest Group, Clarion Partners buy 25-acre industrial development site in Salt Lake City

ViaWest Group and Clarion Partners have bought 25 acres of land in Salt Lake City’s core Northwest Quadrant and adjacent to Bangerter Highway.

The seller was Gannett Enterprises.

“One would be hard-pressed to find a more well-located development site than the new Central Commerce Center, positioned within minutes of the remodeled Salt Lake City International Airport, I-80, I-15, downtown Salt Lake City, and the Intermodal Hub,” said Rusty Bollow, executive vice president at Colliers, which represented the seller.

“We are thrilled to continue our expansion in the dynamic Salt Lake industrial market,” said Tom Glissmeyer, Mountain West market leader at ViaWest. “The class-A facilities we plan to develop at this prime, infill location will meet the needs of today’s logistics and distribution users.”
