Vesper Holdings expands Georgia student housing portfolio with second acquisition

by Released

Vesper Holdings has acquired the Indy, a student-housing asset located in Kennesaw, Ga. The Indy is Vesper’s second acquisition in the Kennesaw State University off-campus market.

Vesper is one of the largest student housing owners in Georgia with seven properties spread across four university markets. With this latest transaction, Vesper’s student housing portfolio totals approximately 20,000 beds in the United States.

Built in 2020, The Indy is a 543-bed apartment community that caters to Kennesaw State University students. Located just minutes from campus, The Indy consists of seven-story buildings situated on a 4.2-acre site. The property’s unit mix comprises one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floorplans — all with bed-to-bath parity.

The apartments feature contemporary kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, and raised ceilings. All units come fully furnished and include 55-inch smart TVs
