Venture plans $1b hospital in Indiana

A joint venture comprised of Ambrose Property Group, a full service commercial real estate company specializing in development, construction, investment and property management, and Bremner Real Estate, a medical development firm, has plans to acquire property to build a new $1 billion hospital in Carmel, Ind., according to a letter to the neighborhood the joint venture is looking to acquire for the project. The hospital will be located on Spring Mill Road and 96th Street.

The plans consists of five buildings, a rooftop helicopter pad and two parking garages on 15 acres west of Spring Mill and four buildings and two parking garages on the 15 acres east of Spring Mill, according to news sources.

The medical group has not yet been identified and an official statement has not been released.
