A venture of KKR & Co. and Dalan Management has agreed to pay $860 million, or $674,510/unit, for 14 apartment properties with 1,275 units in Brooklyn, N.Y., reported The Real Deal.
The largest property in the portfolio is 260 Gold Street, a 286-unit rental tower in Downtown Brooklyn.
