Varun Malik has joined Anarock Capital Advisors as managing director, head of capital markets, APAC (Asia Pacific).
Based in Singapore, Malik is a seasoned professionals specializing in structuring and capital raising across both debt and equity verticals, to most prominent real estate investment trusts (REITs), private fund managers and corporate developers in the Southeast Asia and Australia region. The increasing maturity and appeal of the Indian real estate market to institutional investors, and rise of new sub-sectors, are reshaping the sector and necessitating increased involvement from experienced real estate professionals with a penchant for the Indian market.
