Valentine Beresford, investment director at LondonMetric Property Plc, has notified the company of his decision to retire. He will leave the business at the end of the current financial year.
Following Valentine’s retirement, Will Evers will become sole head of investment. Evers joined Metric Property in 2010 and has been joint head of investment with Valentine since 2024. He will continue to work alongside Darren Richards, who joined as CIO in January; Mark Stirling, property director; and Andrew Smith, strategy director.
