University of Michigan commits $40m to hotel fund
The University of Michigan’s endowment has committed $40 million to Magna Hotel Fund VI.
The real estate fund, managed by Magna Hospitality Group, will invest in hotel properties in North America.
The University of Michigan has a target allocation to real estate of 8.7 percent.
