University Communities pays $38m for apartments near university
University Communities has paid $38.8 million for a pair of apartment buildings near N.C. State’s North Campus in Raleigh, reported Triangle Business Journal.
The seller was Next Chapter Properties.
The Logan Court property features 81 units in three stories and 113 Chamberlain 81 consists of 42 units in three stories.
