Beijing Zhisheng Yunsha Property Management Co., a fund managed by China Orient Asset Management affiliate Beijing Dongfu Jiaji, has acquired Zhonghong Tower, an unfinished commercial building in Beijing’s Chaoyang district, for RMB 3.32 billion ($469 million).
The seller was Zhonghong Zhuoye Group Co.
Once completed the tower will total 65,616 square meters (tk square feet) spanning 40 stories.
