UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) has appointed Jonathan Ufton as an asset manager for its U.K. real estate team, based in London.
In his new role, Jonathan is responsible for the asset management of real estate assets for both Triton Property Fund LP, REPM’s flagship U.K. fund, as well as segregated mandates on behalf of international investors seeking attractive investment opportunities in the U.K. market.
Ufton has joined UBS-AM with more than 13 years of relevant sector experience, most recently at Curzon Advisers where he spent the past five years as the portfolio and sole asset manager of cross-sector U.K. and pan-European real estate portfolios totaling 42 assets.
