UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business has appointed Jonathan Hollick to the newly created role of CIO of its real estate platform in EMEA (excluding Switzerland) alongside a number of other senior appointments. These changes are intended to drive investment performance, focus on areas of excellence, and further grow the European real estate platform.
As CIO, Hollick will oversee the investment activities and teams across its EMEA (ex CH) real estate platform. Hollick will also chair a newly formed European Growth Group, comprising senior real estate directors from across the EMEA organization, and will be focused on facilitating and implementing new product ideas, with a number of initiatives already in the pipeline.
Hollick takes on the CIO position following almost 10 years in the firm’s real estate business, where he most recently held the dual roles of head of transactions United Kingdom and portfolio manager for the U.
