U.S. Realty Advisors and Bain Capital Real Estate have sold the One Investors Way, a biomanufacturing campus redevelopment opportunity located in Norwood, Mass., for $105 million.

Newmark procured the buyer and represented the sellers.

“One Investors Way presents an exceptional opportunity to capitalize on the Greater Boston market’s insatiable demand for biomanufacturing inventory,” said Matthew Pullen, executive managing director with Newmark. “The property benefits from prime positioning just 20 miles from Cambridge along suburban Boston’s coveted Route 128/Interstate 95 corridor.”

One Investors Way is surrounded by a biomanufacturing-anchored campus that serves as home to a two-building flagship for biotechnology company Mod
